Aims

With the fact that non-communication is not possible and the need for communication, information and news sharing increases with the developing technologies, it has become more important to meet the needs of the society in the field of press and publishing. The Press and Publishing Program aims to train qualified individuals with professional knowledge, ethics and exper ience to meet the demands in this field and to employ them in the press and publishing industry.

Job Opportunities

Courses in this program are shaped by the interviews with the sector representatives and they are carried out under the auspices of experienced lecturers. 

Students can graduate by having the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills with full-time workplace training and summer internship, in a period that our university effectively implements. Many of our students can start working in the workplace where they receive in-           field 3training. 

Graduates can be employed in national and local newspapers, television, internet broadcasting, news agencies, radio, magazines, photography, graphic design agencies, press units and social networks in the public and private sectors. Our students, who are aimed to be trained as qualified individuals according to the needs of the sector, are also employed in other cities, especially in Sakarya Press.
